1). Download Opera here:
http://www.opera.com/download/

Then install and run the program (Opera Explorer)

2).Then go to your Youtube video with the opera explorer example:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EeAIHud2Nok

(I haven't gotten the views up on this video I actually wanted to see how many views it could get by itself).

3). Now Right Click > Reload Every > Custom > Enter Length of the video. Or shorter if you want eg. 5seconds (:

Note:- It takes around two hours to see the results. But if your on Youtube logged in on the top rite put your mouse over your name And click my videos it will say you have more views there those views will be on the videos link in around 2 hours.
